We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Glint & Glow. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your package back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
